AgendaLibre is online appointment booking, paid once, with no subscription. Tied to no industry platform: your calendar, your clients, your data — yours.
A one-off payment. No subscription. Setup, configuration, hosting and updates included, with no time limit.
Most online calendars bill you every month, forever. AgendaLibre does the opposite.
You pay once, and the calendar is yours. No running monthly fee, no commission on your appointments.
Your clients, your appointments, your statistics are hosted for your use alone: no advertising trackers, no third-party analytics, no data brokers.
Invoicing, till, practice management… others offer and charge for a whole suite, every month. AgendaLibre stays a calendar, for one practitioner: that narrow scope is exactly what makes a one-off price possible.
Students, patients, members; lessons, sessions, treatments: you choose the words and the calendar uses them everywhere, on screen and in emails. You also define your appointment modes — practice, home visit, video call — each with its own hours and surcharge.
Every feature your business needs, from day one.
Your clients book on their own, any time, from your page. You stay in control of your slots.
A reminder email the day before the appointment. Fewer no-shows, fewer wasted slots.
After the appointment, automatically invite your clients to leave a review on the platform of your choice: you set whichever link you want.
Each service can automatically send its documents to the client: preparation, instructions, questionnaire.
Your appointments are written into your Google Calendar, and the slots you are already busy for are no longer offered to your clients.
Your appointments and clients stay reachable from the invoicing or management software you already use: no double entry, when your software knows how to connect.
Your clients book in French, English, German, Spanish or Italian — emails included. Ideal in tourist or border areas.
The client-facing screens are designed for visually impaired users: careful contrast, keyboard navigation, screen-reader support. Your service colours are chosen and measured to stay distinguishable for people with colour blindness, and never carry the information alone: a name always goes with them.
Here’s the tool, screen by screen.

Wellness practitioner, therapist, consultant, trainer, tradesperson, freelancer… If you manage your own appointments, AgendaLibre is for you — simply, with no constraints, no imposed industry platform. One calendar, one practitioner: shared team schedules aren’t supported for now.
AgendaLibre is tied to no industry platform. You stay free: it fits into any process through its external APIs.
No software to install or maintain. We handle the technical side.
One form: your name, your activity, the address you want, your language, your colour and your logo.
We put your personal, ready-to-use space online, within 24 hours.
Your calendar lives at your-name.agendalibre.fr. Share the link, your clients book.
Prefer your own domain name (booking.yourbusiness.com)? Write to us: each case needs a feasibility check. If it works, the option is billed €50 extra.
AgendaLibre is built on a simple principle: what you pay for belongs to you.
You pay once. The tool never stops because an invoice didn’t go through.
Your client books on your page, not on a marketplace where other practitioners appear next to you. Their contact details belong to you, and you can take them with you whenever you like.
We host your calendar for you, in Europe, with a hosting provider subject to the GDPR. Nothing technical to manage.
Your data stays exportable at any time. You can leave whenever you want.
Want full control? A self-hosted edition, on your own server, is available — true sovereignty, for those who want it.
Against subscription-based booking platforms, the difference is clear.
AgendaLibre is bound to no industry platform. It exposes standardised APIs: any application (business software, CRM, internal tool…) can query and drive your appointments.
Don’t need any integration? AgendaLibre works perfectly on its own.
Standardised REST API
Before being sold, AgendaLibre runs a real practice.
I wrote AgendaLibre for my own practice, because no calendar suited me: they all wanted a subscription, my client list, or both. It has been taking my appointments ever since — and it is the very same one you would install.
Our clients’ reviews will appear here, with their consent. We do not invent any.
No tiers, no surprise at the end of the month.
Launch price 399 €
🔒 Secure payment via Stripe (card, SEPA), after your request is validated.
No commitment.
Enter what you pay today — or what you are being asked for. We quote no one else’s price on your behalf.

AgendaLibre, paid once
Calculated at today’s price. Subscriptions go up; a one-off payment does not.
Unlike a subscription, a commission grows with your activity: the more you work, the more it costs.
We take care of everything.
Everything at your place, nothing at ours.
+ €50 setup
Yes. You pay once, the calendar is yours, and nothing kicks in afterwards. Hosting, backups and updates are included.
Within 24 hours of your request. Your agenda is then waiting for you in your colours; you create your services and opening hours yourself, or send them over and we set them up.
No. They book in a few clicks, no account, and receive confirmations and reminders by email.
Yes. AgendaLibre exposes standardised REST APIs: your business application can create, edit or cancel appointments. No imposed coupling.
Usually yes, but it depends on your domain and your host: write to us and we will check feasibility. If it works, the option is billed €50 extra. By default your calendar is at your-name.agendalibre.fr.
It’s possible: a “sovereignty” edition you install on your own server exists. Let’s talk.
The “Book” button on your Google listing becomes a plain link: it comes from an integration Google reserves for partner platforms. But you may not have to choose: visibility and booking are two separate services, and nothing says you must buy them in the same place. Depending on the platform, a free or low-cost entry often lets you stay visible while taking bookings on your own page — check their terms. Your Google listing, your reviews and your website are unaffected.
Yes, always. Your appointments and client list stay exportable.
We are your processor: your clients are your data, not ours. The calendar gives you what you need to meet your obligations — permanently erase a person and their history in one click, set for yourself how long past appointments are kept, export your file whenever you like. Hosting is in the European Union, and a data processing agreement is provided. We never resell, cross-reference or exploit anything: there is no business model here beyond the price on the page.
No, and we would rather say so plainly. AgendaLibre is an appointment calendar: it suits a music teacher, a photographer or a craftsperson as well as a wellbeing practitioner, and in many cases no health data is involved at all. French HDS certification applies to whoever hosts, on behalf of a healthcare professional, data collected in the course of care — doctors, physiotherapists, nurses, psychologists. If that is your profession, our hosted offer is not for you; installing on your own server is, since we then host nothing at all and the question no longer arises. In every case, a calendar is there to record who is coming and when — avoid writing in the notes what does not belong there.
Every practitioner has their own installation and their own database. Nowhere does a file exist bringing together the clients of all our users — our architecture does not produce one. That is a difference in kind from the large platforms: where a single database holds tens of thousands of practitioners, one intrusion takes everything, and the value of the haul justifies a serious attempt. Here there is no jackpot. We do not claim to be impregnable — nobody should — we simply say that an intrusion would not be worth much, and that this remains the best protection there is. If you host AgendaLibre yourself, there is no link at all between your calendar and anyone else.
AgendaLibre was born in a real practice. As a software engineer and practitioner, I needed a simple calendar — no subscription, one that doesn't take over my clients. I couldn't find it, so I built it: cleanly, with open APIs and data that stays yours. Today, I'm opening it to everyone who manages appointments.
AgendaLibre stays deliberately simple: an agenda that does one thing well. Updates and fixes are included with no time limit — when an improvement benefits everyone, it reaches you without you asking. Your feedback feeds the roadmap, with no promise of bespoke development.
